Wall of Awesomeness
- 19 September 2011 - After seeing the movie “The Help”, I realised that the only way change can happen is if you to take a chance, but more importantly recognising when someone is giving you the opportunity to take that chance. There are risks involved sure, no hard decision ever comes without it. But you need to make the first move, the conscious decision to make the difference. I have been given the opportunity to venture into something a bit different, yet well within my world of interest. There are strong pros and cons that have made me hesitant to make a decision, but the window of chance wont be open forever. As a person who suffers severe “missing-out syndrome” giving something up to take this adventure will be more painful for me than jabbing needles in my eye. But giving something up means I get to take that step forward… Its all part of the big picture and I need to remember this. Take a chance kids, you never know where it will take you. DD
